Program philosophy
We all understand the workplace and workforce are changing rapidly and that to keep pace; their employees must continually acquire new skills. Providing and supporting continuing education for our executives confronts these challenges head-on and clearly creates a more competent workforce, and ultimately making R systems a knowledge based organisation.
Truly a reward and recognition program, this program recognises and rewards all outstanding performers adding value to their skills each month thereby a stepping stone to the eligibility to the Leadership development program.

3 performers get nominated from each process for the MDP, Each of who undergo a different development training each month.
